We are here to guide you through the claims process and see it through completion. Not only does the carrier claim representative know the claims process, but our agents do as well. Our customer services representatives will follow up with you regularly to make sure things are going well during the claims process. We understand that people do not have claims frequently so the process is unfamiliar to them. We are here to help every step of the way.
Most carriers request that the claims be reported directly to them by the insured. Below you will find of list of our carriers that have a direct loss reporting number for the insured to call. If your carrier is not listed below, then the carrier requires that the claim be reported to us and we will submit the claim for you. Whatever the case may be, please remember that we are here for you during the entire claims process.
